From 1958 to 2018, after more than half a century of turbulence, the giant ship of Zhongce Rubber cleaved the waves and conquered countless dangerous beaches and icebergs. Looking back on the past, there were always figures accompanying each other on those stormy journeys. On July 17th, 2018, the China Strategy Rubber Global Partner Conference brought together Chinese strategy partners from all over the world in Hangzhou to reminisce about the past and embrace the future.

Every friend who accompanied us along the way gave this conference a deeper meaning, just like the abstract spirit of the ocean tide. It is because of the diligence and efforts of generations of Chinese policy makers that the spirit of the ocean tide shines brightly.

Shen Jinrong, Chairman and General Manager of Zhongce Rubber, delivered a speech at the meeting. He reminisced about history and counted his achievements. From the establishment of Haichao Rubber Factory in 1958 to 60 years of development now, Zhongce Rubber has undergone three major strategic considerations and practices, constantly adapting to market changes and upgrading. From a small factory on the banks of the Qiantang River to a sales network spread across the world, from unknown to the top ten in China and the world.

In the new era, Zhongce will use the Internet, big data and cloud computing to apply to the tire manufacturing and service market, so that it can achieve real intelligent manufacturing and intelligent services, help Zhongce "overtake" on the way forward, put its ideals into practice, and reach one distance after another.

Ge Guorong, Deputy General Manager of Zhongce Rubber, later expressed his gratitude to everyone and was full of confidence in Zhongce's future path. This is a grand event for Zhongce Rubber and its global partners, as well as the 60th anniversary celebration of Zhongce. To this end, the master of copper carving, Zhu Bingren, the only inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage of copper carving skills, has specially designed a commemorative copper plate. This copper plate records the 60 year history of Zhongce Rubber.

Shen Jinrong, Chairman and General Manager of Zhongce Rubber, together with company leaders and partners, unveiled the bronze plate and witnessed the 60 years that Zhongce has gone through.

At the center of the commemorative bronze plate is a pair of rubber shoes, which marked the beginning of Zhongce in 1958. The patterns from the inside out symbolize representative tires of different periods, and the rings of time witness the growth and transformation of Zhongce. This time, Master Zhu Bingren designed a bronze plate for Zhongce, symbolizing the Zhongce family to ride the wind and create an unlimited new future in the new era.

Zhongce Rubber has always been committed to the development and innovation of the tire industry. For many years, it has focused on cooperation between enterprises and universities, enabling technology to be implemented, promoting technological development, and striving to endow tires with greater value. This time, Zhongce Rubber and Jilin University have reached a strategic cooperation intention, and the two sides will cooperate in the fields of automotive and tire industry technology consulting and exchange, automotive simulation and control, and tire and car matching technology research.

At the meeting, Mr. Zhang Limin, Deputy General Manager of Zhongce Rubber, signed a letter of intent for strategic cooperation with Academician Guo Konghui. After the ceremony, Mr. Shen awarded Academician Guo the appointment letter of Chief Technical Advisor. Jilin University has a State Key Laboratory for automobile simulation and control, which is one of the first State Key Laboratory in China that are specialized in automobile industry product development technology in the field of automobile engineering science and technology. Mr. Guo Konghui, an academician of the CAE Member, has profound accomplishments in automobile system dynamics and related fields. The progress of the times and the changes in the market have led to the rapid growth of Zhongce. As early as July 2016, Zhongce Rubber and Alibaba Cloud jointly launched the ET industrial brain project for mixed rubber production. Through deep calculation and analysis of various data on the mixed rubber production end, a plan for optimal resource utilization was proposed.

In the new era of focusing on high-quality development and accelerating the transformation of old and new kinetic energy, Zhongce Rubber and Alibaba Cloud have reached cooperation on intelligent manufacturing projects. Zhongce Rubber will work together with Alibaba Cloud to empower the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing with artificial intelligence technology, becoming a pioneer and leader in big data applications in the tire industry, and helping Zhongce achieve "Made in China 2025" and "Industry 4.0".

At the meeting, Mr. Zhang Limin, Vice General Manager of Zhongce Rubber, and Mr. Liu Xin, General Manager of Alibaba Cloud Zhejiang Branch, signed a letter of intent for cooperation on intelligent manufacturing projects. From an unknown small factory to a leader in the tire industry, Zhongce Rubber stands tall among the world's tire enterprises, thanks to the strong support of every partner. Mr. Xiang Xingchu, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Mr. Frank Lueckgen, Global Tire Market Director of Alang Xinke Tire and Special Rubber Department, Mr. Aziz Rakla, Chairman of Clark Tire Company, and Mr. Yuan Jiongqiu, General Manager of Dongguan Fuxing Trading Co., Ltd., respectively took the stage to share their stories with Zhongce Rubber.

In 2013, Zhongce Rubber and the China Smile Action Organization jointly launched the "Chaoyang Smile Tour" public welfare activity. In order to continue the power of kindness, in 2018, Zhongce Rubber will continue to carry out this public welfare action. At this meeting, Han Kai, the founder of the Mother's Smile Action, also came to the scene. He established a "zero fee" charity hospital and cured more than 30000 children with cleft lip and palate, exchanging every small act of kindness for innocent smiling faces.
